Manuscripts should not have been published or submitted elsewhere.

Do not submit manuscripts that have been accepted (or are under active consideration) for publication elsewhere.

If a paper has appeared in a similar form in publications that are not available to the general public, such as conference proceedings, reports, and abstracts for international conferences, this should be stated in the cover letter and reprints should be enclosed with the manuscript.

Papers should be submitted on the web-based editorial system. The authors should prepare the following items before submission, and then follow the instructions on the Web submission page.

A single electronic file in PDF which must contain the main body, tables, figures, and photographs: Please refer to the “Instructions for Preparation of Manuscript” for the required format.

Agreement Form for Copyright Transfer and Publication Charge Payment: This form, signed by the author, should be sent to the Editorial Office by fax at the time of paper submission. Papers without this agreement will not be published.

List of recommended reviewers, if any: Authors are strongly encouraged to suggest several experts whom they consider particularly suited to review their paper. The editor is, of course, not constrained to select a reviewer from that list.

Reference materials, if any: If these materials cannot be sent electronically, they should be sent by fax or postal mail.

1.The submitted paper will be reviewed based on the JJAP standard for an original paper. All papers submitted are not necessarily accepted in the final review.

2.If the manuscript is not accepted for publication in the special issue by the deadline for the special issue as a consequence of revisions requested by referees, it will be considered for inclusion in a later issue of JJAP.

3.Please note that the authors (or their institution) are required to pay the publication charge. The publication charge entitles the author to receive 100 reprints. The publication charge must be paid even if a paper submitted to the Journal is withdrawn by the author after the printing procedure has commenced.
