Program Presentations (PDF)Regarding your short presentation for poster award

The short presentation session will be scheduled for lunch times on March 16 and 17.
- March 16 : Session A
- March 17 : Session B, C, D, E
If you wish to use the LCD projectors, please bring your own laptop computer.
We do not prepare transparent projector commonly used for presentations.
The speakers can have 3 min, including PC connection to LCD projector.
Regarding your poster presentation
- Poster presentation MUST be in English, to be displayed on a board of 2250mm(h)×900mm(w), corresponding to the presentation number in the final program.
- The poster are requested to be displayed during 12:00-17:30 on the March 17. Please do NOT begin setting up your poster until all the poster boards have been numbered.
- The paper title, names and affiliations of all authors MUST be at the top of the display.
- All illustrations, drawings, charts, pictures, graphs, figures and written text should be large enough to allow easy reading from a distance of 3m.
- Thumbtacks will be supplied at the meeting.
- Authors are responsible for setting up their displays on March 17 and for removing their displays at the conclusion of the poster session at 19:30 of March 17.
- No posters will be displayed without author participation. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED.
- Authors are responsible for the security of their displays and all items of value. The committee of Fifth International Conference on Molecular Electronics and Bioelectronics will not assume any responsibility for lost, stolen or broken articles.
